Located just 15 minutes from Sky Lodging, Kota Restaurant is an integral part of the Arctic SnowHotel Resort. Renowned for their expertise in open-fire cooking, the chefs at Kota create an unparalleled dining experience, especially with their mouthwatering salmon. The traditional open-fire method not only allows you to watch your meal being prepared but also imparts a rich, complex flavor that enhances every bite. Kota Restaurant is open from September to March, offering a unique and memorable culinary adventure during the winter months.

Salmon glow-fried by the open fire, roasted Lappish potatoes and leek
